RNR Tire Express is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Store General Manager who thrives on leadership, performance, and building strong teams.

As Store General Manager, you will lead every aspect of the store's success including sales performance, team development, operations, and customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Recruit, hire, and train strong talent to grow the business
• Drive sales performance and achieve store revenue goals
• Create an energetic, results-driven culture inside the store
• Oversee daily operations, inventory, and store performance
• Review business metrics and implement strategies to improve results
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and the local community
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed
• Hold team members accountable while recognizing strong performance

• 2–4 years of leadership or management experience preferred

• Backgrounds such as General Manager, Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Sales Manager, Co-Manager, or Manager in Training translate very well to this role
Experience with companies such as Aaron's, Rent-A-Center, Buddy's, RimTyme, Rent-A-Wheel, or other automotive or retail operations is helpful but not required.
