What We Offer:- Modern Fleet: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworths- Long Hauls: Average trip length over 600 miles- 24/7 Support: Operations specialists available around the clock- Empowered Shifts: All teams are authorized to address your needs
Compensation and Benefits:- 54cpm - 64cpm DOE- Mileage Bonus: 3 CPM based on Safety, Mileage, & Productivity (eligible after first month)- Detention Pay: $12.50/hour after 2nd hour- Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100/day
Generous Vacation Package:- 1 year = 1 week- 3 years = 2 weeks- 7 years = 3 weeks- 15 years = 4 weeks

Requirements:- Valid Class A CDL- Clean driving record- OTR experience preferred
