• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Looking for stable work, growth opportunities, and a clean work environment? We're hiring Production Associates to support packaging operations in a climate-controlled food manufacturing facility.

What You'll Do

Operate and monitor packaging equipment

Perform line setups, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting

Inspect products and packaging for quality and accuracy

Maintain production records and documentation

Clean and sanitize equipment following food safety standards

Keep lines stocked with packaging materials

Work with operators, maintenance, and supervisors to hit production goals

What We're Looking For

Production or manufacturing experience preferred

Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Ability to follow safety, sanitation, and operating procedures

Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elma, NY.

The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $19.75/hr.
