Job DescriptionIMKO Workforce Solutions is hiring Production Associates for a growing manufacturing facility in Harrisburg, SD. This is a hands-on position with opportunities throughout different areas of production. Candidates may be placed in a department that best fits their skills and experience.
Responsibilities

• Perform production and assembly work
• Sand, finish, trim, build, or package products
• Operate production equipment and tools as trained
• Inspect finished products for quality
• Prepare and package products for shipment
• Assist with warehouse and material-handling duties
• Follow production and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
• Comfortable working with hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical production work
