What You'll Do as a Production Worker / Machine Operator:- Measure, cut, and assemble wood components to build doors
- Operate sanding equipment, including orbital sanders and automatic sanding machines
- Use a Uni-saw to cut wood to precise lengths
- Stack and organize wood materials based on size and specifications
- Glue and assemble wood pieces to create finished doors
What You Need to Bring to the Production Worker / Machine Operator Role:- Previous Machine Operating experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Skill in reading a tape measure accurately
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for a 10-hour shift
- Previous manufacturing or woodworking experience is helpful but not required – entry-level candidates welcome
- Reliable transportation to the Princeton, MN area
