Schedule


Training Period (First 2–4 Weeks)


+ Mandatory 60 hours/week

+ Monday–Saturday,6:00am–4:30pm


Regular Schedule


+ Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pm

+ Optional Fridays (typically 40–50 hours/week)


About the Role


Join a rapidly expanding powder coating and decorative finishes facility specializing in commercial siding. As a Manufacturing Associate, you’ll work with a close‑knit team handling hands-on prep, material handling, and learning automated processes that are unique to this operation.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, is comfortable in a physically active environment, and wants long-term career growth in a fast-growing company.


What You’ll Do


+ Perform general prep work using a wide range of power tools

+ Load and unload products weighing 30–35 lbs

+ Learn automated processes throughout the facility

+ Cross-train across multiple areas, including:

+ Warehousing

+ Quality Control

+ Machine Operation

+ Powder Coating


What You Bring


+ Paint prep experience

+ Comfort using hand and power tools

+ Experience in production, construction, mechanical, or industrial environments

+ Experience with tools such as sprayers, band saws, screw guns, and table saws

+ Strong proficiency with general hand tools

+ Prior manufacturing experience preferred
