General Production Worker

Now Hiring Production Assemblers in Halifax, PA

Pay: $18/hour

6:00 AM - 4:30PM, Monday-Thursday

Responsibilities

• Assemble metal stoves and related components according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Work collaboratively with team members on the production line.
• Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals.
• Perform basic inspections to ensure accurate assembly of finished products.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience operating manufacturing equipment is a plus.

Work Schedule

1st Shift: Monday - Thursday

Overtime: Available on Fridays as needed

Work Environment

• Manufacturing facility assembling metal stove products.
• Steel-toe boots required.
• Facility is not climate-controlled and may be warm during summer months.
• Safety equipment, including protective eyewear, is provided as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Halifax, PA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
