General Remodeling Carpenter

Build Pro 360 is a growing design-build and remodeling company based in Pataskala, Ohio, serving homeowners throughout Central Ohio.
We're looking for a skilled and dependable Carpenter / Remodeling Professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys seeing a project come together from start to finish.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has hands-on residential construction experience and wants to work on a variety of remodeling projects rather than doing the same task every day.
You'll work alongside our team on projects involving framing, trim, doors, siding, repairs, renovations, and general residential remodeling.

What You'll Do
- Perform general carpentry and residential remodeling work.
- Complete framing, trim, door installation, siding, and other carpentry tasks.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials accurately.
- Read and interpret basic construction plans, drawings, and project specifications.
- Work with hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Assist with remodeling projects from preparation through completion.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
- Protect customers' homes, belongings, and finished surfaces while working.
- Identify potential issues and communicate them to the project lead or management.
- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and members of the Build Pro 360 team.
- Help with additional remodeling and construction tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
Required
A Plus
- Experience working independently on residential remodeling projects.
- Experience with drywall, flooring, cabinetry, decks, or finish carpentry.
- Ability to read construction plans or project drawings.
- Experience working directly in customers' homes.
- Additional construction or trade skills.
Compensation
$22–$32/hour based on experience and skill level
We recognize that experienced carpenters bring different levels of skill to the job. Compensation will be based on your hands-on experience, quality of work, versatility, and ability to work independently.
Experienced candidates with strong remodeling and finish-carpentry skills may qualify toward the top of the range.
