Job Description
- Lead all on-site construction activities from project startup through closeout
- Manage projects ranging from smaller renovations to complex projects exceeding $10M
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure project success
- Develop and maintain project schedules while driving timely completion
- Enforce jobsite safety standards and maintain a safe working environment
- Conduct daily site meetings and communicate progress with project stakeholders
- Monitor quality control and ensure work is completed to company standards
- Coordinate inspections, permits, and project documentation
- Utilize construction technology platforms to manage field operations and reporting
- Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams

The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
- Demonstrated success managing projects valued at $10M or greater
- Ability to oversee a variety of project types, including both large and small-scale work
- Strong scheduling, coordination, and leadership skills
- Experience managing subcontractors and field teams
- Knowledge of commercial construction means, methods, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with construction technology and project management software
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites throughout New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts
