General Superintendent

SureCrete LLC is a fast-growing concrete and civil construction contractor based in Dallas, TX, with active projects across the southern United States. Our work includes underground utilities, excavation, earthwork, and concrete paving.

SureCrete is currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated General Superintendent to lead field operations across our projects.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Lead and direct field operations across multiple concurrent projects

• Supervise superintendents, foremen, operators, and field crews

• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and material deliveries for maximum productivity

• Read and interpret civil plans, structural drawings, grading plans, and specifications

• Manage line and grade, layout, forming, placement, finishing, and curing operations

• Build and maintain short-interval schedules; drive production to meet milestones

• Conduct daily site walks and pre-task planning meetings

• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards across every jobsite

• Prepare and review daily field reports and production tracking

• Coordinate with project managers, GCs, inspectors, and subcontractors

• Identify and resolve field issues before they affect schedule or budget

• Manage equipment allocation across projects and coordinate with the yard

Requirements:

• Extensive field leadership experience in civil, concrete, or heavy construction

• Proven ability to run multiple crews and multiple jobsites simultaneously

• Strong knowledge of concrete operations, earthwork, and underground utilities

• Ability to read and work from plans, specs, and grade

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

• Must be drug-free and able to pass a drug screening
