General Superintendent- Federal Construction

Commercial General Superintendent, Federal and Aviation Projects, Fort Worth, TX

An established commercial general contractor in the Fort Worth area is hiring a highly experienced General Superintendent to lead federal construction projects. The firm specializes in airport renovations and air traffic control towers.

What you'll do

• Lead field operations on federal and aviation projects from start to closeout.
• Manage superintendents, subcontractors, schedules, quality, and safety on site.
• Coordinate with project managers, owners, and federal agency representatives.
• Cover projects at other locations now and then, usually for a week at a time when the need comes up.

What you bring

• 8+ years in a superintendent role.
• Considerable experience as a leader in federal construction.
• The ability to pass a federal background 
• Reliable transportation.
• FAA or DoD project experience is strongly preferred.
• EM 385-1-1, OSHA 30, or OSHA 10 qualifications are preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
