General Superintendent

I'm partnering with a commercial general contractor that is looking to add a General Superintendent to lead its federal construction work throughout the Fort Worth area.

They're looking for a seasoned field leader who can guide superintendents, own the schedule and keep quality and safety at the forefront. Travel is light: an occasional week or two to cover another site.

What You'll Do

• Lead field operations across federal construction projects
• Mentor and support project superintendents
• Ensure compliance with federal safety requirements, including EM 385-1-1
• Develop and manage master schedules
• Coordinate with government representatives and inspectors
• Oversee quality control and federal documentation

What You Bring

• 8+ years as a superintendent
• Considerable leadership experience in federal construction
• Ability to pass a federal background investigation
• Reliable transportation and occasional travel (typically two weeks or less)
• FAA or DoD experience, EM 385-1-1 or OSHA 30/10 a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
