Warehouse Associate

About the Position

Boxzooka is looking for reliable, hardworking, and motivated individuals to join our team as Warehouse Associates. 

In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment, including receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, able to work well with a team, and comfortable performing hands-on warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipmentAssist with inventory organization and stock put-away.
• Use scanners, computers, and other warehouse technology as needed.
• Maintain accuracy while completing daily tasks and meeting productivity expectations.
• Follow work instructions and established procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work effectively with team members and supervisors to support daily warehouse operations.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Comfortable using scanners, computers, and warehouse technology.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to bend, reach, squat, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work safely while performing physical warehouse duties.
• Ability to maintain productivity and accuracy throughout the workday.

Schedule

Additional overtime may be available based on business needs.
