Location: Salt Lake City, UT (serving Salt Lake City, West Valley City, West Jordan, Murray, Sandy, and the greater Salt Lake Valley)

Copper State Bolt & Nut Company is seeking an organized, driven person to join our warehouse team with occasional backup delivery driving. You'll handle material handling, order pulling, and stocking, plus step in to deliver and pick up product when needed. Fastener experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.

Minimum Requirements: 21+ years old, valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record (CDL not required for this role unless otherwise noted).

What You'll Do - Warehouse

• Pick, pack, and stage orders for will call, delivery, and shipping
• Load and unload trucks; receive inbound shipments and confirm accurate product/quantities
• Manage inventory, returns, and periodic stock reviews at customer facilities
• Enter product data accurately into our system (RF scanners used where applicable)
• Assist with outbound shipments (UPS, FedEx, freight, and local deliveries)
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safely stocked

What You'll Do - Backup Driving

• Deliver and pick up product to/from branches, customers, and suppliers as needed
• Safely load, unload, and secure cargo
• Complete required paperwork (receiver copies, pack lists, purchase orders, etc.)
• Use RF scanners to confirm loading/delivery status
• Follow all safety protocols and equipment procedures

• Strong attention to detail and comfort working in a team environment
• Willingness to speak up on discrepancies or safety concerns
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for a full shift, and comfortably get in/out of a delivery vehicle throughout the day
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and adaptable to occasional shift changes based on seasonal customer needs

Shift: M-F, 6AM- 3PM. Requirements may vary seasonally to accommodate customer needs. Overtime is sometimes required and authorized by your supervisor.
