Client: Food Manufacturing Company
Duration: 2.5 Months Contract
Location: Ord, NE 68862
Shift: 7:30 AM–8:00 PM OR 10:00 AM–10:30 PM
Description:
Job Summary
- Support facility and grain-handling operations through material handling, equipment care, loading/unloading, and maintaining a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Load/unload trucks, vessels, barges, and rail cars and perform grain-handling activities.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance, operator care, and monitor equipment for issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following safety and PPE requirements.
- Work effectively with team members and provide professional customer service.
- Perform other facility and general labor duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting.
- Ability to communicate in English verbally and in writing, with basic computer skills.
- Ability to work indoors/outdoors in heat, cold, dust, loud noise, and at heights of 4+ feet.
Preferred / Additional
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, agriculture, grain handling, warehouse operations, equipment operation, or general labor.
