Summary of Essential Functions

As a Marketing Generalist within our healthcare system, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing strategic marketing initiatives that enhance our brand presence, engage our diverse audiences, and drive measurable results. Educational Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business communications, or a related field strongly preferred
  • Must be able to communicate exceptionally well in English, both verbally and in writing

Physical Requirements
  • Primarily works the day shift; may be required to work other hours as needed, including occasional evenings and weekends
  • May be expected to lift over twenty-five (25) pounds
  • Ability to distinguish between numbers and symbols
  • Hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity with substantial movement of wrist and/or fingers
  • Walking and climbing to accomplish tasks
  • Corrected vision and hearing to normal or near-normal range

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Write, edit, proofread, and repurpose content marketing deliverables (e.g. - collateral, web pages, etc.)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, such as vendors and agencies, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing channels
  • Support the creation of graphics and basic design/layout of materials
  • Assist in photography and videography projects for internal and external audiences
  • Perform support duties including, but not limited to, database management and maintaining marketing materials
  • Performs all other tasks/responsibilities as necessary
