We are seeking a talented Geotechnical Engineer to join our team in the Louisville area. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing soil, rock, and groundwater conditions to design foundations, slopes, retaining structures, and other geotechnical aspects of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting site investigations and geotechnical assessments
Preparing geotechnical reports and providing recommendations
Designing foundations, earthworks, and slope stability measures
Collaborating with project teams and clients on geotechnical aspects
Ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
Strong knowledge of geotechnical engineering principles and practices
Proficiency in geotechnical software and analysis tools
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
