Island Geotechnical Engineering is a well-established Geotechnical Engineering firm located in Hawaii.
We are looking for Geotechnical Engineers both experienced and seasoned and recently graduates with B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Geotechnical Engineering.
Job Responsibilities:
- Be able to work with different disciplines
- Plan and supervise soil exploration, logging, and classification.
- Conduct Soil tests in the field and laboratory
- Schedule laboratory testing to evaluate soil types, behavior, and engineering properties
- Lead and Manage Engineering Technicians/Inspectors
- Lead and Manage Drilling Crew
- Prepare Geotechnical Engineering Site Investigation Reports
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum B.Sc. in Civil Engineering with Emphasis on Geotechnical Engineering
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Be able to lift and carry 50 lb.
- Must have valid Driving License
