About the Role

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as General Laborers in a warehouse environment. This position involves picking and packaging frozen food products, adhering to safety protocols, and supporting order fulfillment in a fast-paced food distribution setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick frozen food products from storage areas according to order specifications
• Package food items accurately and efficiently for shipment
• Handle and move food products weighing up to 30 lbs safely and with proper equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work and storage areas
• Follow safety guidelines and warehouse protocols during all tasks
• Assist with inventory organization and retrieval as needed
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (if applicable)
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards in handling products

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs consistently
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
• Ability to work in a cold/freezer environment (implied by frozen food handling)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in picking, packing, or warehouse roles
• Food distribution or warehouse experience in frozen foods
