GIS & CAD Drafter (MicroStation/ORD Technician III)
Location: Atlanta, GA 30350
Pay: Up to $35/hr (depending on experience)
TRC Talent Solutions is recruiting for a GIS & CAD Drafter (MicroStation/ORD Technician III) supporting utility coordination and infrastructure projects.
Process utility design files and maintain drafting standards using MicroStation/ORD.
Ensure drawings meet GDOT requirements, styles, and formatting standards.
Support utility coordination projects by reviewing designs for conflicts and clearance issues.
Perform quality control reviews and ensure accuracy of project deliverables.
Work with project managers and utility coordinators to meet project deadlines.
Support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Engineering, Construction, GIS, or related field preferred.
1+ years of MicroStation and/or OpenRoads Designer (ORD) experience.
Previous experience supporting GDOT projects preferred.
Understanding of utility engineering, utility mapping, or utility coordination.
Strong drafting and quality control skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with project teams.
Utility engineering or utility coordination projects.
Survey, GIS, or geospatial data experience.
Knowledge of GDOT standards and requirements.
