As a Global Account Manager for our Data Center business, you are responsible for the development and management of global customer accounts, with end-to-end responsibility for the entire account lifecycle. Demonstrating your in-depth knowledge of the data center sector and its customers, including hyperscalers and co-location providers, collaborate across teams for successful global customer account expansion. As a strategic problem solver with excellent communication and relationship-building skills you will lead, develop, and grow key accounts on a global scale per our strategic Account Development Road map. While the main emphasis will be on one customer, you will also have the chance to provide support for various accounts.How You'll Make an ImpactDevelop and lead global data center customer accounts with full end-to-end responsibility, focusing primarily on one customer but supporting several as needed.Collaborate with Regional Hubs, Business Areas, and regional Sales to ensure successful account development and a well-rounded growth strategy.Establish and lead a virtual Account Team to drive critical initiatives and capitalize on new opportunities.Ensure seamless interaction and alignment across Business Areas, providing a harmonized Siemens Energy approach and effective frameworks for collaboration.Stay accountable for lead and opportunity management, shifting responsibility to regional sales or execution units depending on stage, business model, and scope.Negotiate Terms & Conditions for Global Frame Contracts and Master Purchase Agreements to support global account objectives.What You BringBachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Combined 10+ years of experience in sales and account managementIn‑depth knowledge of the data center market, including hyperscalers and co‑locators.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer‑sponsored work authorization.
