Global Agency Product Marketing Manager, TikTok Ads (San Jose)

Responsibilities

• Identify product opportunities catering to the needs of both large and small agencies, and translate them into actionable product requirements for internal and external product platforms.
• Support the development and iteration of the Agency Portal, enabling scalable agency onboarding and driving growth for both new and existing revenue.
• Own and streamline the agency product inbound process, collecting and structuring requests from Sales, Marketing, and regional teams.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams to drive end-to-end execution and resolve bottlenecks in agency workflows.
• Track key metrics to measure product adoption, operational efficiency, and overall business impact. Minimum Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Platform Operations, or Business Operations within the advertising, technology, or agency ecosystem.
• Strong innovative thinking and execution-oriented mindset, paired with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to structure ambiguous, complex problems and drive consistent follow-through on resolutions.
• High resilience and adaptability to a dynamic, fast-paced working environment.
