Our Client, a Biotech company, is looking for a Global Clinical Order Manager for their South San Francisco, CA location.

Responsibilities:
- Manage in-house packaging orders and drive the “on-time in-full” delivery of IMPs.
- Be accountable for setting up Standard Packaging Designs in cooperation with the Clinical Supply Chain Lead (CSCL), other Production Enablement teams like Materials Management and Artworks Management, the Master Data Deployment team, Packaging Operations, and Quality Units.
- Manage operational issues and discrepancies with Quality Units. Escalate any major in-house packaging-related issue with an impact on the end-to-end timeline to the CSCL.
- Enable the Medication Randomization process for blinded studies.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in the pharma industry and/or supply chain management
- ERP system experience, e.g. SAP, OMP or APO
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; German skills are beneficial
- Bachelor degree in relevant field
- APICS or SCOR certification (or equivalent), PMP/Operational Excellence/Six Sigma/Lean training or associated relevant experience are a strong plus
- Competencies:
