About the role

Process US payroll and oversee international payroll in each country, with attention to compliance and controls.
Oversee local-country VAT and tax reporting and procurement practices at each site.
Manage AP, AR, and treasury, including cash positions, FX exposure, and bank relationships.
Build and manage the chart of accounts in QBO and calculate and apply indirect costs in line with contract and government requirements.
Handle projects and corporate accounting, and support contract billing, budgets, and audits across different government contract types.
Partner with site F&A Directors and support the CFO/Finance Director on US books, payroll, and tax reporting.
Supervise, coach, and develop international finance and accounting coordinators.
Build new processes and improve existing policies, documenting them for consistent use across offices.
