Global Mobility Payroll And Tax AnalystThis is a hybrid position. Our Global Mobility Team is currently seeking a Global Mobility Payroll and Tax Analyst to join our team locally in a contract position in a dual role outlined below. The global mobility team manages the expatriate population as well as the domestic and international relocation programs. We have expatriates in over 45 countries around the world and hence, perform analysis in a wide array of currencies. As part of responsibilities the analyst will assist with the creation of data analytics tool/dashboard which will allow our business leaders insights regarding our relocation programs. This professional will be engaged in assigned projects necessary to support the Global Mobility team which has several members outside of the US, and hence, will have exposure to global activities and processes within the company. The successful candidate will be expected to:Review and analyze expatriate tax and payroll results and pay slips in various currenciesNavigate within the Workday environment and analyze data extracted from the platformUtilize vendor tools and source documents to validate Expatriate payroll production including tax ramificationsOperate under general or minimum supervision, and perform duties with broad latitude for judgmentQuickly synthesize data, determine implications, and make informed decisions often with large volumes of dataDocument, recommend, and make process improvementsPresent outcome of analysis to team members as well as leadershipTax Equalization review and collectionOther duties as assignedProfessional must be proficient in Excel including but not limited to using pivot tables, sorting and filtering large volumes of data as well as analyzing data in excel pulled from various sources. Knowledge of Access is also a plus. Experience with Power Bi and Microsoft Teams environment preferred.What are the top 6 skills/requirements this person is required have?Superior organizational skills, able to manage and prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks and projects effectively and efficiently.Exceptional attention to detail, adhere to instructions, maintain accuracy, be able to identify errors and execute high-quality work.Advanced Excel skills (looking for power user)Data Analytics involving Multi currenciesIndependent and forward-thinking candidateEffective verbal and written communication skills are imperative.Preferred Skills and Experience:2-5 years of Global Mobility payroll and tax experienceAccess database experiencePower Bi or the like experience a plusMicrosoft Teams app power user preferredBi-lingual or multi-lingualYears of experience, education, and/or certification is required? An AA in a related field such as Accounting/Finance/Business is an absolute requirement as a minimum of education and then only if there is enough experience to make up the difference between an AA and a BA degree. 3-5 years, bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or similar degree
