Global Point of Sale (GPOS) Change Management Lead

We are seeking a Global Point of Sale (GPOS) Change Management Lead to lead change management for a large-scale POS transformation. The role focuses on driving organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and successful adoption of new technology across the organization.

Important Details:

  • Employment Type - Contract
  • Duration - 6 Months Contract
  • Location - San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)
  • Pay Range - $70 on w2 to $75/ hr on w2

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead the change management strategy for global POS transformation.
  • Develop and execute enterprise change management plans.
  • Conduct organizational readiness and impact assessments.
  • Identify change risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive adoption.
  • Create stakeholder communication, training, and engagement plans.
  • Track adoption metrics and support deployment activities. Capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of Change Management experience.
  • Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
  • Strong organizational readiness, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Experience developing enterprise change management strategies.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PROSCI Certification or Change Management training.
  • Experience with POS implementations.
  • Retail industry experience.
  • Experience supporting enterprise technology rollouts.
