SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-oriented Global Sr. Manager, Procurement to lead and advance procurement operations across a growing global medical device organization.
This leader will develop and execute sourcing strategies that ensure uninterrupted supply, drive cost competitiveness, improve supplier performance, mitigate risk, and support innovation across a complex and highly regulated global manufacturing network.
The ideal candidate combines strong strategic sourcing expertise with operational execution, thriving in a fast-paced environment undergoing global growth and transformation. This role will collaborate closely with Operations, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Engineering, Finance, and Executive Leadership to build a scalable procurement function that delivers measurable business value.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Procurement Leadership
Supplier Relationship Management
Cost Reduction & Value Creation
Deliver annual productivity targets through:
Strategic sourcing
Commercial negotiations
Value engineering
Supplier consolidation
Global sourcing optimization
Contract management
Identify and execute opportunities to improve total cost of ownership.
Partner with Engineering and Operations to support design-to-value initiatives.
Supply Risk Management
Medical Device Compliance & Quality
Ensure procurement practices comply with:
FDA regulations
ISO 13485
GMP requirements
Corporate policies
Supplier Quality standards
Partner with Quality and Regulatory teams on supplier qualification, audits, validations, and remediation activities.
Support regulatory inspections and supplier compliance initiatives.
New Product Introduction (NPI)
Procurement Excellence & Digital Transformation

Target Market Salary Range:
