Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations and follow-ups with teams in different time zones (US, Mexico, APAC)
- Join early‑morning or late‑evening meetings as needed to support global operations rhythm
- Maintain daily trackers for pack‑out units, ITC throughput, APY, TOO, and operational KPIs
- Follow up on MES clean-up, SAP sloc creation, bonepile disposition, and exception handling
- Support weekly/monthly business reviews with cross‑regional data preparation
- Collaborate with FXG, NV, ITC, Logistics, and Engineering teams to ensure timely issue resolution
- Travel to regional sites when required for audits, alignment, or operational support
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field
- 2–3 years experience in manufacturing or operations coordination
- Ability to work with global teams and manage cross‑time‑zone communication
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (verbal and written)
