This position will be responsible for reviewing, evaluating and processing transportation damage claims. To handle and resolve claims issues and disputes from dealers and transportation vendors. • Handle and process transportation damage claims
• Review and investigate damage liability.
• Provide recommendation if damaged vehicle will require 3rd party inspection.
• Prepare and submit transportation claims invoice to liable party.
• Handle and process insurance claims on behalf of customers on force majeure/act of god related incidents:
• Collect incident report.
• Coordinate repairs with dealers or 3rd party repair vendor.
• Prepare claim documents for customer insurance.
• Prepare billing invoice to customers. Secondary Responsibilities • Distribution and reconciliation of open claims
• Weekly review of aging report.
• Follow up on claim payment.
• Monthly distribution of aging report and offset notice to transportation vendors.
• Department KPI review
• Open claims review.
• Claim Analyst status review.
