Our client is seeking a Claims Data Analyst to support its Claims Team's digital transformation and AI initiatives. This role will focus on collecting, organizing, validating, and analyzing claims-related data to help develop an AI solution that can review claim photos, inspection reports, repair estimates, and other documentation to identify damages, estimate severity, and assist with determining liability. Key Responsibilities - Gather and compile claims-related data from internal and external sources.
- Collect, organize, and maintain claim photos, inspection reports, repair estimates, invoices, incident reports, and supporting documentation.
- Review claim files for completeness and identify missing information.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, consistent, and organized for AI model training and validation.
- Perform quality control by verifying data accuracy and consistency.
- Partner with Claims team members to obtain missing documentation.
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates.
- Provide administrative and analytical support to the Claims team, including special projects as needed.
