What You'll Do as a Gluing – 2nd Shift:- Manufacture and assemble custom-designed foam and formed parts according to job specifications
- Read and follow manufacturing job orders, work instructions, SOPs, and processing requirements
- Set up and work with production equipment as required and trained
- Perform quality checks before and throughout production to ensure parts meet specifications
- Accurately count parts and record time, production, and scrap information in manufacturing software
- Sort, stack, count, package, and prepare completed parts as needed
- Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout requirements as trained, and maintain a clean and orderly work area
What You Need to Bring to the Gluing – 2nd Shift Role:- High school diploma or GED
- Entry-level candidates are welcome; previous manufacturing experience is preferred
- Ability to read and follow safety rules, operating instructions, job orders, and procedure manuals
- Basic math skills using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- Ability to stand regularly, walk frequently, and perform hands-on production tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to regularly lift up to 10 pounds, frequently lift up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Willingness to learn new equipment and cross-train as required
