Job Summary

This position is responsible for assisting in daily operation of the GSW Athletic Department.

Responsibilities

Assists with sports information and game day management (55%)

  • In game promotions
  • In game statistics
  • Written game recaps
  • Other duties as assigned by the Associate Director of Athletics for Communications and Marketing

Assists with event operations, ticketing, and marketing (15%)

  • Home game day set up
  • Creation of promotional graphics
  • Social media activity

Assists with Special Events. (10%)

Assists with conference and NCAA championships. (10%)

Maintains promotional equipment and supply inventory. (5%)

Performs a variety of related duties. (5%)

Required Qualifications

  • Must currently have, or will obtain by the start date a Bachelors Degree.
  • Must be enrolled in a minimum of six graduate credit hours by start date.
  • Possession of or ability to readily obtain a valid drivers license issued by the State of Georgia for the type of vehicle or equipment operated.
  • Former intercollegiate athlete or experience in college athletics is preferred.
