POSITION DESCRIPTION

Graduate assistants (GAs) perform a variety of duties in support of academic courses and faculty members.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Graduate assistants perform a variety of duties, as needed, including:

• Assist in evaluation, grading and feedback based on established rubrics
• Moderate discussion forums
• Upload/input grades
• Set up and/or clean up the teaching space
• Assist during class

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Graduate Assistants must have a set of skills, experiences, and/or degrees as defined by the Dean and faculty who teach the course. Prior teaching, tutoring or other related experience is preferred.

PAY AND BENEFITS

• $31.00 an hour Base Wage
• 15% discount at NUNM Medicinary

This in-person position will be based at our campus in Portland, Oregon.
