Position Summary: Candidates will assist the Director of the Performance Arts and Lectureship Series. This will include directing the front-of-house activities for all events, overseeing a staff of student workers, and administering several aspects of the program. Candidates must have a Christian commitment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Run the front of house for PALS events
- Train, schedule, and oversee student workers serving as ushers for PALS events
- Calculate student attendance for PALS events
- Communicate with the Media and Communication Team to keep the university web-site up-to-date
- Work in the PALS box office as needed
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of PALS

- Mobility: Run front of house during events
- Communicating: With both exernal and internal constituencies
- Cognitive/Emotional: Ability to think critically and problem-solve
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
- This position is a part-time position and reports to the Director of the PALS program.
WORK SCHEDULE
This position's work schedule will vary depending on the PALS calendar. Box office requirements will generally be on Friday afternoons.

- Student in an NGU graduate program
- Personal and leadership skills
- Dependable and reliable

- Scheduling availability during events
