Duties and Responsibilities:

Assists with all recruiting, training, and hiring for tutors

Assists with event planning, educational, cultural, and engagement activities

Provides support for academic tutoring, coaching, and Peer Advisor support network

Assist with preparation of various federal and institutional reports

Required Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a graduate degree at SHU

Good academic standing

Demonstrated competency with detailed record-keeping

Intermediate level skills with Microsoft 365

Desired Qualifications:

Familiarity with Federal TRiO program or participation in a Student Support Services program

One year tutoring at a College-level learning center

Previous experience in event programming

Expert-level skills with Microsoft 365
