ABOUT THE ROLE
Maharishi International University (MIU) Athletics is building the MIU Pioneers program from the ground up, integrating competitive excellence with Consciousness-Based Sports (CBS) - a methodology that trains athletes across four levels of performance: Spiritual, Emotional, Mental, and Physical. As MIU pursues NAIA membership, the Graduate Assistant Tennis plays a hands-on role in day-to-day program operations while gaining real coaching, recruiting, and athletics administration experience in a startup environment.
Working alongside Head Tennis Coach Eric Sturgis, the GA supports both the men's and women's tennis programs, gaining direct experience in on-court coaching, recruiting, and the daily operations of a varsity collegiate program.
