Job Description


Johnson Service Group is seeking a Graduate Engineering Intern to support project management, technical reviews, procurement, and water quality data collection and analysis for our client in San Jose. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with project scope, cost, and schedule management.

  • Review technical documents, reports, design plans, specifications, and project deliverables.

  • Help prepare and coordinate project meetings.

  • Support internal team communication and coordination.

  • Maintain project files and databases.

  • Assist with procurement of long-lead equipment and materials.

  • Support water quality data collection and analysis as needed.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled as a continuing graduate student at an accredited college or university, carrying at least 9 units per term.

  • Pursuing a Master’s or PhD in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

  • Available to work part-time, 20 hours per week, up to 960 hours annually.

  • Valid California driver’s license and good driving record.

  • Able to work in both office and field environments.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.

  • Available for a hybrid schedule, with approximately 60% onsite and 40% remote work.

    $32.27/hr. contract
