This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive professional who can manage multiple priorities in a dynamic academic medical environment. The Program Manager serves as a central liaison among trainees, faculty, institutional leadership, and external regulatory bodies.
Essential Functions: Manages the day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring efficient scheduling, resource allocation, and compliance with institutional policies.
Qualifications
This is a hybrid position that includes both remote administrative responsibilities and a regular in-person presence within the academic and clinical environment. Because the Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Residency Training Program places a strong emphasis on mentorship, accessibility, collaboration, and community, the Program Manager is expected to work on-site approximately 3-4 days per week.
