Complete a 4-week onboarding program covering our trading systems, options fundamentals, and low-latency engineering practices
Design, implement, and optimize low-latency C++ applications used to execute trading strategies across CME, ICE, CBOE, and other exchanges
Collaborate closely with traders, quants, and other engineers to translate trading ideas into robust, production-ready systems
Maintain and improve our existing trading tools and infrastructure, and help build new ones from scratch
Contribute to diagnostic assessments and data analysis to help the team prioritize the highest-impact work
Work hands-on with our proprietary quoting systems, models, and options-pricing infrastructure
Gradually transition into production ownership with senior mentorship and ongoing support
Qualifications and skills:
In your final year of study toward a BA, BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Strong proficiency in C++ (or a comparable systems language) and solid computer science fundamentals — data structures, algorithms, and concurrency
Comfortable working in a Linux environment; familiarity with system-level programming is a plus
Experience using AI agents to automate tasks and workflows is a plus
Strong debugging instincts and a bias toward measuring before optimizing

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Base salary represents just one part of overall compensation; all full-time, permanent roles are eligible for a discretionary bonus and benefits, including items in the above list.
The base salary for this role is 140,000 USD per year
