We are seeking a graduate-level professional to support our Environmental and Sustainability team across KPI tracking, regulatory compliance, carbon and waste reporting, and site environmental management.
Key Responsibilities
KPI & Performance Reporting
- Compile and analyse sustainability key performance indicators (KPIs) from project teams, including waste, water, electricity usage, fuel etc
- Prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports against target metrics
- Identify trends, variances and recommendations for improvement
- Support stakeholder reporting cycles
Regulatory & Compliance Reporting
- Assist with preparation of regulatory submissions to the Environment Agency and key stakeholders
- Support maintenance of environmental compliance registers
- Collate waste data from site and off-site facilities
Carbon & Lifecycle Assessment (LCA) Reporting
- Assist with update of carbon footprint calculations (materials, transport, operations)
General Environmental Team Support
- Assist with site environmental inspections
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor"s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to conduct site-based work
Desirable Requirements
- Knowledge of UK environmental regulation and planning requirements
- Clean driving licence
