Summary
Graphic Artist/Multimedia Specialist 3D Interactive Developer requires a diverse skill set to produce high-definition photorealistic and photo-accurate 3D interactive media to be used in simulation and/or emulation scenarios and procedural tasks as part of aviation courseware and other design assignments as required. Uses common illustration design software to produce and edit 2D and/or 3D graphics and digitized photographs for integration into presentations and/or web pages. Works with assigned experts to develop ISD products through a process that includes review and research of GFMs. Interviews SMEs and locates and extracts information from GFMs, syllabi, course structure, and other ISD documents as required to ensure training meets ISD and technical requirements. All work should be completed within the constraints of a time-sensitive schedule and budget.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience producing interactive course materials, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
At least 5 years of professional experience in systematic curriculum development or instructional design methodologies.
Experience designing and developing self-paced, interactive instructional content.
Working proficiency in HTML5.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Word.
Ability to deliver clear oral presentations to leadership and customers.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to work overtime or flexible shifts as required.
Familiarity with military protocols and customs.
Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Learning Content Management Systems such as Outstart Evolution.
Prior experience developing aviation related training products.
Skill in creating or modifying 2D and 3D graphic elements.
Experience conducting training needs assessments or task analyses.

All government and proprietary information will be accessed and stored electronically on company provided resources.

Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while working at a computer.
Ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers, graphic tablets, and audiovisual devices.
Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds as needed for classroom or presentation setups.
