Graphic Design Associate

The mission of the West Point Association of Graduates (WPAOG) is to 'Serve West Point and the Long Gray Line.' WPAOG is both the alumni association and foundation for the United States Military Academy (USMA) at West Point. Our vision is to ensure the Long Gray Line remains the most highly connected alumni body in the world. USMA is renowned as the world's preeminent leadership development institution. The student body, or Corps of Cadets, numbers approximately 4,400, and each year about 1,000 cadets graduate and are commissioned as second lieutenants in the U.S. Army.

The West Point Association of Graduates is seeking a full-time Graphic Design Associate to support the Communications & Marketing team. This role supports the Director of Creative Services and the Communications & Marketing department by using computer software to develop concepts, designs and layouts for WPAOG print and digital graphics, collateral materials, presentations, ads, and other materials in support of programs and events the Association hosts, sponsors, or for which there is an affiliation.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in graphic design with experience in Adobe Creative Suite for both print and digital applications. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects while applying best practices for version control and file management, work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and apply both creative and technical problem-solving skills. Experience with Microsoft Office products is a plus.

A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications or a related field is preferred, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Candidates should be detail-oriented, proactive, and strong communicators who thrive in a team environment.
