This is a Junior Presentation QA / Graphic Design role focused primarily on reviewing and quality-checking PowerPoint presentations created by Gartner analysts. The ideal candidate will have strong PowerPoint expertise, excellent attention to detail, and a process-oriented mindset.
This is not a highly design-intensive role. The primary responsibility is to perform final quality assurance reviews, identify and correct presentation errors, ensure compliance with brand/design standards, and deliver client-ready presentations. The candidate should be comfortable handling multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment, following checklists and established processes, and communicating directly with stakeholders.
Review stakeholder-created presentations and content using established QA checklists and guidelines.
Perform final PowerPoint quality assurance reviews, identifying formatting, layout, content, and presentation errors.
Ensure presentations follow Gartner brand and visual design standards.
Create and refine graphics, data visualizations, layouts, and conceptual visuals for low-to-moderate complexity projects.
Convert complex information and data into clear, visually consumable presentations.
Deliver client-ready PowerPoint presentations with minimal manager supervision.
Communicate directly with internal stakeholders and explain design rationale and brand principles.
Provide and receive feedback to improve presentation quality.
Manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Use tools such as CPP and ClickUp to track projects, timelines, and expectations.
Proactively communicate project status, potential delays, roadblocks, and scope changes to management.
Follow established processes, instructions, and review checklists consistently.

Required Skills.
Strong Microsoft PowerPoint/PPT skills — this is the most important requirement.
PPT portfolio/work samples required.

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a closely related discipline.
1–3 years of post-college graphic design experience preferred.
