You will: Create insightful, actionable research for General Counsel, providing best practices and advice on board governance, risk management, and leading the legal function of the future-including key executive skills, risk management skills, and an understanding of how the board will need to evolve to meet changing shareholder demands. Stay ahead of the curve on emerging developments and issues (e.g., M&A trends, regulatory changes) by understanding the broader market and ecosystem related to the legal function and GC success, partnering with internal experts, and learning from client best practices.
