Title: Graphic Designer
Location: Remote, EST hours

Role Summary We are seeking a versatile Graphic Designer capable of delivering both high-impact demand generation creative and polished, thoughtful B2B storytelling. This role spans digital advertising campaigns, executive presentations, information design, and multi-channel marketing assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Format Design Production: Develop digital and print visual assets, including campaign concepts, digital ads, social graphics, presentations, sales collateral, case studies, whitepapers, event materials, website graphics, and email layouts.

• Visual Storytelling: Translate core messaging, data points, customer success stories, and complex industry concepts into engaging, clear visual experiences.

• Aesthetic Adaptation: Adjust visual execution across distinct performance goals, shifting seamlessly from bold performance marketing assets to credible, refined thought leadership pieces.

• Information Design & Hierarchy: Utilize typography, layout structures, grid systems, and visual pacing to make complex technical concepts immediately understandable.

• Creative Strategy: Contribute to conceptual brainstorms and campaign development from inception, proactively shaping visual approaches rather than executing strictly from briefs.

• Brand Stewardship: Apply organizational brand guidelines consistently while identifying opportunities to keep the visual identity modern and distinctive.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, content, product, sales, and creative teams to align design outputs with business objectives.

• Project & Quality Management: Manage multiple concurrent creative workflows while maintaining high standards for design craft, accessibility, and visual execution.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience within B2B, SaaS, technology, healthcare, or agency environments.

• Portfolio demonstrating range across brand development, demand generation, digital and print formats, presentations, and information design.

• Strong command of fundamental design principles, including typography, composition, hierarchy, and color theory.

• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data or abstract concepts into clean, intuitive layouts.

• Proficiency with industry-standard design software, including the Adobe Creative Cloud ecosystem and modern presentation platforms.

• Working knowledge of B2B marketing channels, campaign frameworks, and digital best practices.

• Proven track record balancing competing priorities, strict deadlines, and rigorous attention to detail.
