About the Role: A non-profit educational organization is adding a Graphic Designer to its 5-person design team, based full-time, in-person at their Crown Heights office. This is a headcount add driven by growing project volume — the new hire will start by collaborating closely with the team before taking on independent assignments, reporting directly into the Art Director.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Production

• Design a wide range of materials, including brochures, course marketing, educational textbooks, flyers, posters, and email banners
• Produce digital media and other design assets as needed
• Take on projects both collaboratively and independently as workload requires
• Produce high-quality design work using Adobe InDesign

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the design team to onboard and align on process
• Report into and collaborate with the Art Director

Qualifications

• 5+ years of graphic design experience
• Strong Adobe &  InDesign skills
• Portfolio required
