Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We here at Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life. Your designs will be seen by families, schools, and communities across multiple states — every piece you create is an opportunity to make a powerful first impression.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and digital assets
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications for LBAPS
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for campaigns and events
• Develop templates and style guides for consistent organizational branding
• Deliver high-quality design assets on time and within project scope

SKILLS:

• Professional portfolio demonstrating print and digital design capabilities
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent
• Experience maintaining brand standards across multiple materials
• Strong visual communication and typography skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
