Job Description:
We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join The Studio, client's in-house creative team. This role will support creative development and adaptation across multiple brands and digital channels, helping deliver high-quality marketing assets that align with brand standards, business objectives, and customer experience goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and adapt digital creative assets for email, web, SMS, landing pages, display advertising, and other digital marketing channels across Client's portfolio of brands.
Develop production-ready creative using Adobe Photoshop and Figma, including email designs, digital layouts, image editing, retouching, compositing, asset optimization, and final asset preparation.
Apply approved brand guidelines, visual standards, and regulatory requirements to ensure all deliverables are consistent, compliant, and aligned with brand expectations.
Utilize approved imagery, design resources, and assets from Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms to support efficient creative development and execution.
Serve as a dedicated Graphic Designer within The Studio, supporting multiple brands and business partners while managing a high volume of projects in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Experience Required:
3-7 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong focus on email marketing, digital activation, web design, and marketing creative production.
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and strong working knowledge of Figma, including creation of production-ready digital assets, email layouts, image editing, retouching, compositing, and file organization.
Experience working within established brand guidelines, brand books, and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems to create compliant, customer-facing marketing materials.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Design, or a related field.

1. Advanced Photoshop Expertise

Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, including layered file organization, photo manipulation, retouching, compositing, masking, color correction, image optimization, asset adaptation, and production-ready export preparation.
Ability to efficiently modify and repurpose existing campaign assets while maintaining quality, brand consistency, and file integrity.

2. Digital Asset Adaptation & Brand Execution

Proven experience working from approved DAM assets, brand books, creative libraries, and existing campaign materials to build digital deliverables.
Strong understanding of brand governance, asset reuse, and adaptation workflows across email, web, landing pages, and digital activation channels.
Ability to translate established creative into multiple formats while maintaining visual consistency and compliance.

3. Figma Production & Scalable Design Systems

Strong Figma experience, including creation and use of reusable components, variants, auto layout, templates, and modular content blocks.
Experience building production-ready email layouts, web modules, and scalable design systems that improve efficiency, consistency, and cross-functional handoff.
Ability to organize files and assets for collaboration with MarTech, implementation teams, and agency partners.
