Pay Range: $40 - $42/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Design both print and internet marketing materials using corporate templates, including websites, brochures, and floor plans.
- Ensure artwork and copy adhere to company branding guidelines.
- Prepare and provide creative drafts and samples for review, making edits based on collaborative feedback.
- Collaborate with clients, managers, and project participants to understand assignments, audience, messaging, and layout.
- Provide cost estimates for print materials and manage marketing project costs.
- Maintain local website in Company CMS and update professional profiles.
- Build relationships with external vendors and recommend new partnerships.
- Prepare artwork for distribution, ensuring specs and file formats are printer-ready.
- Stay updated on design trends by attending workshops and reviewing industry publications.
- Model behaviors consistent with our client's values and impact the quality of your work.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- 2-4 years of relevant experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong organizational skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent team collaboration skills and the ability to accept feedback.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or a visual arts-related program.
- Experience with large-scale documents and project management.
