    Job Description

We're seeking a talented, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create clear, engaging, and visually compelling design work across digital and print channels. In this role, you'll turn creative briefs, business goals, and audience insights into effective visual communications that strengthen our brand and support our marketing and business objectives.

The ideal candidate combines strong design fundamentals with creative problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.

    Key Responsibilities

Create original visual assets for digital and print use, including social media graphics, advertisements, presentations, brochures, flyers, email campaigns, web content, and event materials.

Develop and adapt designs in line with brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across channels and materials.

Partner with marketing, communications, product, and other teams to understand project goals, audiences, requirements, and timelines.

Translate creative briefs and feedback into polished design concepts and production-ready deliverables.

Present design concepts, explain creative decisions, and incorporate stakeholder feedback through revision rounds.

Prepare final files for digital publication or print production, checking specifications, image quality, typography, color, and layout.

Organize and maintain design files, templates, and visual assets for easy access and reuse.

Stay informed about design trends, tools, and best practices, applying relevant ideas while maintaining the organization's visual identity.

Manage multiple assignments and communicate progress, risks, and timeline changes proactively.

Support and contribute to the development of visual guidelines, templates, and other brand resources.

    Required Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.

A portfolio that showcases strong visual design, layout, typography, and attention to detail.

Proficiency with industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, or comparable tools.

Understanding of design principles, including composition, color theory, typography, hierarchy, and accessibility.

Experience producing designs for both digital and print formats.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to discuss and respond constructively to feedback.

Excellent organization and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.

A collaborative, adaptable approach to working with colleagues and stakeholders.

    Preferred Qualifications

Degree, diploma, or equivalent training in graphic design, visual arts, or a related discipline.

Experience with motion graphics, basic video editing, illustration, or animation.

Familiarity with Figma, presentation software, content-management systems, or digital marketing platforms.

Knowledge of print-production processes, including file preparation, color modes, and prepress requirements.

Experience working with brand systems, design templates, or creative asset libraries.

Familiarity with accessibility considerations and designing for diverse audiences.

    Key Skills and Attributes

Creative thinking and strong visual judgment

    Accuracy and attention to detail

Initiative and a willingness to learn

    Flexibility when priorities change

Confidence presenting ideas and receiving feedback

Sound judgment in balancing creativity, brand consistency, and project requirements
